Nagabajee's Terms & Conditions – Complete Guide

1 General Terms

Nagabajee is an online Sports Betting and gaming platform operating under an international gaming licence. These terms apply in both English and Bengali; however, the original document shall be considered authoritative in the event of any discrepancy.

Nagabajee reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform following such changes will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.

Nagabajee's services are available only to residents of countries where online betting is legally permitted. It is your responsibility to ensure that using this service is lawful in your country. Any breach of local law is solely the user's responsibility.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account with Nagabajee, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years old. Accounts for minors are not permitted.
• Only one account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts from the same household or IP address is prohibited.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful. Providing false information may result in account termination.
• A copy of your national ID or passport may be requested for identity verification.
• Accounts are for personal use only. Betting on behalf of a third party is prohibited.

KYC Verification

Nagabajee complies with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) guidelines. KYC verification may be required before withdrawals or upon reaching a certain deposit threshold. This may include a national ID, passport or driving licence, and recent proof of address.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

Deposit

Nagabajee accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other mobile banking methods. The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500. Deposits are generally credited instantly, though banking processing times may occasionally extend this to up to 24 hours.

Withdrawal

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 1,000.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method as the original deposit.
• Withdrawals may be put on hold pending investigation in the case of suspicious transactions.

Nagabajee does not pay interest on deposits or withdrawals. Prevailing exchange rates apply to currency conversions, and Nagabajee accepts no liability in this regard.

4 Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on Nagabajee:

Bet Acceptance & Settlement

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless Nagabajee explicitly permits it.
• If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, Nagabajee reserves the right to settle the bet at the correct odds or void it entirely.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, stakes will be refunded or settled in accordance with Nagabajee's rules.
• Nagabajee is not liable for issues arising from network delays during live betting.

Maximum Bet Limit

Maximum bet limits are set individually for each event and market. These limits may vary depending on the type of competition, timing, and market liquidity. Nagabajee reserves the right to decline any bet without providing a reason.

Cash Out

Cash out is available on selected matches and markets. The value displayed at the time of cash out depends on live market prices. Nagabajee reserves the right to withdraw the cash out feature at any time.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Nagabajee regularly offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which are detailed on the bonus page. General bonus terms are outlined below:

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies to the first deposit exclusively.
• The wagering requirement (WR) for each bonus will be stated explicitly. WR is typically between 10 and 30 times the bonus amount.
• Bets placed using bonus funds must generally be placed at minimum odds of 1.5 or higher.
• Bonus codes must be applied at the time of deposit — they cannot be added afterwards.
• Nagabajee reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
• Accounts suspected of bonus abuse may be subject to investigation.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Nagabajee platform:

• Participating in or facilitating match fixing or any form of sports corruption.
• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of arbitrage betting or bonus abuse.
• Placing bets using automated software or bots.
• Using the platform for money laundering or handling illegal funds.
• Attempting to steal account credentials or hack other users' accounts.
• Attempting to introduce malware or viruses into Nagabajee's systems.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.

Involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above will result in immediate account closure, possible forfeiture of your balance, and legal action where necessary.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

Nagabajee may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
• Suspicious or unusual betting patterns.
• Evidence of participation in prohibited activities.
• Account inactive for an extended period (12 months).

To close your account at your own request, email support@nagabajee.net. Please withdraw your balance before the account is closed. For self-exclusion under our responsible betting policy, contact support as well.

8 Limitation of Liability

Nagabajee accepts no liability for the following:

• Bets lost or opportunities missed due to internet connectivity issues.
• Technical failure of a third-party payment gateway.
• Account information being compromised due to the user's own negligence.
• Financial losses resulting from match outcomes.
• Service disruptions caused by events beyond Nagabajee's control (Force Majeure).

9 Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with Nagabajee, please contact our support team first. We make every effort to resolve issues within 48 hours.

If the support team is unable to resolve the matter, it will be escalated to senior management. The final decision rests with Nagabajee's management, though fairness and transparency will be maintained throughout.

Disputes regarding bet settlement must be raised within 72 hours of the match ending. Claims submitted after this period may not be considered.

10 Changes & Updates to Terms

Nagabajee reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Members will be notified in advance of any significant changes.

Continued use of Nagabajee after any changes have been made will be considered full acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend reviewing the terms after each update.
